"Glad I Tried It"
I wasn’t sure how useful it would be at first, but I’m relieved I gave it a try. I usually end up seeing the big news there before I hear about it anywhere else.

"I mostly use cnbc.com to check stocks..."
I mostly use cnbc.com to check stocks and market data, and the charts and watchlist are useful. But man, sometimes it feels like the site is testing my patience on purpose. Pages can load slowly, and the numbers don’t always update right away, which is annoying when I’m trying to compare things quickly. It’s not bad overall, just a little clunky and messy when you need info fast.

"Wish more sites made privacy settings this easy"
I wish I’d checked cnbc’s privacy settings sooner. The cookie options were easy to understand, and it was clear enough what was being tracked. It didn’t feel pushy or confusing, and changing my choices only took a minute. Straightforward overall.

"Quick Market Check in the Morning"
I usually hop on cnbc in the morning when I’m rushing around and just want to see what the market is doing. It’s easy to navigate, and the top stories load fast, which I appreciate when I don’t have a lot of time. I also like that the stock pages are easy to find without digging around. There can be a ton of headlines on the page, and it feels a little busy at first, but after using it a few times it starts to make sense. Overall, it’s simple enough and gets me the info I need without much hassle

"Helpful newsletter, just maybe too many emails"
I signed up for the CNBC newsletter mostly so I could keep an eye on market stuff and the bigger business headlines without having to keep opening the site all day. When I’m busy, it’s handy to have the main things show up in my inbox.

That said, they send a lot. Like, a lot a lot sometimes. A few of the emails feel like they’re saying the same thing in a slightly different way, so I end up reading some and deleting a bunch. It’s not bad at all, just wish it was a little more cleaned up and not quite so constant.

"Comment moderation feels kinda all over the place"
I like CNBC for the news and all, but the comments moderation feels random sometimes. I’ve seen totally normal replies disappear, while some rude stuff just stays up like it’s no big deal.

"Podcasts is easy to find"
I’ve been using it for a bit and the podcast lineup is good. Shows are easy to find, and the audio sound clear enough for me.

"Live TV works better than most"
I’ve never had any trouble watching live cnbc on it. Compared to a lot of other apps people seem to complain about, this one just works without making a fuss.

"Watchlist is handy, but whoever runs this needs to smooth it out"
I mostly use CNBC for the watchlist and portfolio features, and it’s decent for quickly checking prices. Adding stocks is easy too. But sometimes the app feels slow or the prices don’t update right away, which gets annoying. The layout also feels way too busy for what I’m trying to do. I still use it, but whoever runs this really needs to make it a little cleaner and smoother.

"Pretty solid market coverage"
It covers the markets in quite a bit of depth, at least from what I’ve seen so far. I wasn’t totally sure at first if it would be easy to follow, but it turned out to be straightforward overall.

"Good for Quick Headlines, But I Pick and Choose"
I still check CNBC when I want a quick sense of what’s going on in the markets, but I’ve gotten selective about what I actually pay attention to. Some segments are genuinely helpful, while others feel like people confidently guessing and moving on. A lot of the analysis can be short, dramatic, and not really followed up on when the call ends up being wrong. It’s fine for headlines or a quick market pulse, but I wouldn’t rely on it if you’re looking for real depth.

"It feels balanced. Nothing comes across…"
It feels balanced. Nothing comes across too strong. The opinions are there, but they are not pushy. I liked that.

"Pretty reliable for my morning market check"
I check cnbc most mornings for market news and quick updates, and it’s been a solid part of my routine. The articles are usually easy to follow, and I appreciate that they generally back up bigger claims instead of just throwing things out there. I also like that they update stories as new information comes in, which is especially important with finance news since small details can really change how you read a situation. Some headlines can feel a little more dramatic than I’d prefer, but overall I still find the site more trustworthy than a lot of others. It feels accurate, credible, and dependable for quick market coverage.

"It was okay, but not really worth it"
I tried it out it was decent, but I don’t think it was worth the money. The quality are fine and it does what it’s supposed to do, but nothing really stood out to me. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Works well for quick market checks"
I mostly use the CNBC app on my phone to keep an eye on the markets during the day. It’s been smooth for me, articles open fast, videos don’t give me trouble, and I can jump in and check stock news without it feeling clunky. Haven’t really had any major issues with it so yeah, it does what I need

"Clear articles, easy to read"
I mostly use cnbc.com when I want a quick update on business or the markets, and the articles are usually clear. They get right to the point without making everything feel too complicated. Even with finance topics, I can usually understand what’s going on fast. The layout is clean too, so I don’t end up getting lost while reading thru stuff.

"I read cnbc a few times a week..."
I read cnbc a few times a week, usually with coffee open next to my laptop, and the ads don’t bother me much. There are banners here and there, and I notice little things like the spacing around them or whether they push the headline down, but most of the time they stay out of the way.
Compared with sites that throw popups over the whole article or make the page jump around every two seconds, this feels manageable. Pages still load fine for me, the text is easy enough to get to, and I’m not constantly hunting for a tiny X button in the corner. Good overall.

"I was expecting some kind of billing headache..."
I was expecting some kind of billing headache when I canceled, and if there had been any surprise charge I definitely would’ve asked for a credit or refund. But it was actually super straightforward — billing was clear, canceling took maybe two minutes, and there were no weird charges after. Happy with how painless it was.

"I’m giving CNBC 5 stars mainly because the..."
I’m giving CNBC 5 stars mainly because the push notifications actually feel relevant. I don’t get the sense they’re just throwing random headlines at me all day, which is something that annoys me with a lot of news apps.

Most of the alerts are about market moves, major company updates, or stuff that seems important enough to know right away. Even just from the tone of the notification, I can usually tell if it’s something urgent or just worth checking later, so that helps.

There are times when a lot is happening and the alerts pick up, but it still doesn’t feel spammy to me. Overall, it’s a good balance and the notifications are actually useful

"Good market updates, but frustrating when traveling"
I use cnbc often for quick market news and general updates, and overall it’s easy to read with solid coverage. A friend actually recommended it to me a while back when I wanted a simple way to keep up with financial news, and I’ve stuck with it since then.

The only thing that bugs me is how often certain videos or pages get blocked when I’m outside the US. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s frustrating to click on a story while traveling and hit a location restriction instead of the article or clip.
